By accessing or using Brain Dash ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. In-App Purchases

Brain Dash offers optional in-app purchases including Premium subscriptions, star packs, and life refills. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts without authorization
• Use the Game for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Brain Dash and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brain Dash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
