Brain Dash ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our game and services.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture when you register or sign in with Google.
• Game Data: Scores, levels completed, XP, stars, and gameplay statistics.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the game, features used, and time spent.
• Advertising ID: For users aged 13 and over, we may collect the device advertising identifier to serve personalised ads. For children under 13, personalised advertising is disabled in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the game services
• Track progress and maintain leaderboards
• Process in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Send notifications about updates or promotions (with consent)
• Improve game performance and user experience
• Display advertisements (non-personalised for children under 13)

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads in our app. For users under the age of 13, we serve only non-personalised, contextually relevant ads that comply with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA regulations. For users aged 13 and over, we may serve personalised ads using the device advertising identifier. You can opt out of personalised ads through your device settings or by subscribing to Brain Dash Premium.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Neon PostgreSQL (hosted on AWS) and may be cached locally on your device. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your game data

7. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so:

• In-app: Go to Profile → Sign Out, then contact us below to request full deletion.
• By email: Send a request to support@braindash.buildable.cloud with the subject "Delete My Account".
• What is deleted: Your account, email, name, avatar, game progress, leaderboard entries, and friend connections.
• What is retained: Anonymised gameplay statistics (without any personal identifiers) for analytics purposes.
• Processing time: We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.

8. Children's Privacy

Brain Dash is designed to be safe for all ages, including children under 13. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. For children under 13, we do not serve personalised ads and we do not collect advertising identifiers.
